Applying for ETS is easy--
If the student's guardians / parents do not hold a four year college degree and/or you meet the income guidelines (see below), your student is eligible for ETS.
You can apply for ETS by having your student request ETS applications in their school's counseling office, you can call 208.292.2539 and request the forms be mailed to you or. . . you can follow the instructions below.
A three step process:
1. Download the Parent Application, print it and fill it out. If you are over 18 please download the Adult Application.
2. Download the Student Application, print it and fill it out.
Have your student drop these forms off in their school's counseling office to be picked up by an ETS advisor.
-or you can mail the completed applications to:

or Call: 208 292 2539
3. Once ETS receives the Student Application and Parent application we can determine your student's eligibility.
Remember, eligibility is based on two factors: Parents DO NOT hold a four year college degree and/or Parents and Student meet the income guidelines (see below).
Our Grant requires that 2/3 of our student population status is "both," or in other words, both First Generation College bound along with meeting the income guidelines. 1/3 of our population must show a need for the services.
If your student is eligible we will notify you with an acceptance letter, and meetings with an ETS advisor will ensue at your student's school. If your student meets only one of the requirements and our 1/3rd population is filled, we'll will place your student on the waiting list.
