Talent Search is an amazing program.  We are fortunate to have this federal grant through the University of Idaho.  We are committed to our participants looking towards their own futures.

I have been involved in the University of Idaho's Educational Talent Search since 1998.  I started in February of 1998 as a tutor for Post Falls Middle School.  As soon as I learned about the purpose and mission of TRIO.  I knew that this was the career for me.  I was right!!!

I never knew a person could love their job as much as I do.  I think that is one reason I believe in true career exploration.  It is the responsibility of each individual to embrace his or her path of career exploration. 

How are you to know if you want to go to college if you don't know what you want to do. . . . .

well you don't have to know everything right away but their is a path that we are all on and we need to be learning about the different paths as we travel our own path
